Recognized as an award-winning writer with a track record of accelerating growth at Fortune 500 companies and a tenure at BHHS Fox and Roach characterized by successive leadership and development opportunities, Melissa brings extensive marketing, brand strategy, project, and account management experience to the role. During her tenure, she spearheaded the transition from print media to digital automation, led an enterprise-wide rebrand twice, brand integration with more than a dozen acquisitions and implemented an enterprise communications strategy. She also serves on the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership Council and was recently named a 2025 HousingWire Marketing Leader, a national recognition honoring the most creative and influential marketing executives in the housing industry.

Her extensive background includes a deep understanding of marketing for luxury real estate, and building and development projects, consistently delivering impactful marketing solutions.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amanda is deeply committed to her community. She volunteers as a local Cub Scout leader and actively contributes to other community initiatives. Amanda holds a bachelor's degree from William Paterson University and resides in Clinton, NJ, with her husband, two children, two cats, and a flock of chickens and ducks.

Joanna Rottini has worked in design and marketing for over ten years. She began her career as a packaging designer for well-known national brands such as Harpoon Brewery, ihome, Target, and Home Depot. Over time, she transitioned into her own marketing and brand consulting agency, representing various esteemed restaurants, universities, and corporate enterprises in Philadelphia.
After owning commercial and residential properties in New Jersey while working as a design and brand consultant, Joanna decided to pursue a career in real estate. Her background in design and marketing makes her uniquely qualified to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the real estate industry. Continually developing her skills and exploring new ways to use design in real estate marketing, allowing the team to stay ahead of the curve and provide clients with the most effective and visually appealing marketing materials possible.
Originally from Wood-Ridge, NJ, Joanna currently lives in Rittenhouse, where she can be found walking her dog in the mornings or working on her fine art skills.
